Companies hike credit card charges to counteract reclaim rebellion

Judge rules claimant’s bank charges frozen until official decision is reached
Barclays customer Nadine Fry is suing her bank for the charges made to her for exceeding the overdraft limit on her account and bouncing direct debits, and a judge has ruled that she does not have to pay any further charges until the case has been settled, the BBC reported today.
