Office of Fair Trading promises ‘in depth study’ into unfair bank charges
The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has announced that it will be stepping up its investigation into unfair bank charges.
The OFT has promised that it will extend its preliminary investigations into the unlawful charges that banks have been imposing on their customers for things like going over their overdraft limit and bounced cheques.
